News about Marijka Masych, who is fighting for her life at the Mother and Child Center

Today we would like to share the latest news from Mariyka Masych, who is in the neonatal pathology department of the Mother and Child Center at the moment.
An 8-month-old girl with esophageal atresia is finally able to breathe on her own! Now the child needs much less medicine, instead she needs special medical nutrition. Mariyka's esophagus has not yet fully healed, so the baby is forced to eat temporarily through a gastrostomy.
Unfortunately, the baby faced a new challenge — stones were found in her kidneys. So now active therapy is aimed at treating this very problem.
In general, Mariyka's condition is improving, albeit in very small steps. This became possible thanks to the constant support of benefactors!
