HELP GIVE 11-YEAR-OLD MILANA THE CHANCE OF A PAIN-FREE CHILDHOOD!

We would like to remind you of the fundraising campaign to help pay for the treatment of 11-year-old Milana Petrova, whose family was left homeless by the Russian missile attack on Kryvyi Rih on 12 March. You can read more about Milana's story on the project page: https://248.dp.ua/projects/1582.

Milana and her family experienced a tragedy when an enemy missile hit their house. They lost their home, but not their hope for a better life for their daughter. Milana's dream is to run with her peers, but she needs expensive surgeries due to complex diagnoses: cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, and congenital bilateral paralytic hip dislocation.

Congenital bilateral paralytic dislocation of the hips, currently Milana's primary diagnosis, is a serious condition in which the femurs are misaligned, causing pain and limiting mobility. Without urgent surgery, Milana's condition could worsen, causing even more pain and loss of motor function.

Doctors strongly recommend that the girl undergo osteosynthesis. Osteosynthesis helps correct bones' position, contributing to their proper growth and the development of joints. This vital treatment allows Milana to live without constant pain and move independently.

Despite all her serious pathologies, Milana is a happy child. She dreams of one day being able to run with her peers. Please support the Petrov family, who have lost almost everything, but are determined to get their daughter back on her feet!
