The head of the charity exchange “DobroDIY” has been awarded the title of “Manager of the Year in the Sphere of Charity”!

We believe that significant change begins with the specific actions of an individual. We are incredibly proud that this has been recognised at the national level!

Lolita Kuzina, Head of the DobroDiy Charity Exchange, won the ‘Manager of the Year in the Field of Charity’ prize in the National Competition ‘Charitable Ukraine – 2024: Charity in Defence of Ukraine’.

This year, the prestigious competition received a record 1,790 applications. Three winners were selected in each of the 26 nomination categories. The Philanthropic Manager of the Year nomination had a two-stage process to determine the winner. First, the expert council selected 12 finalists. These 12 finalists then became independent external experts, evaluating each other's applications alongside the main jury.

Following this challenging competition and selection process, we have been selected as one of the top three! This is not just a personal achievement for Lolita. It recognises the systematic, transparent, and sincere work of the entire DobroDiy team, which has been changing the lives of people in need of support for over 10 years.

It is a great honour and a great responsibility to be among the leaders of the Ukrainian charitable sector. We are grateful to the Association of Charities of Ukraine for their trust, and thank everyone who stands with us in doing good. Together, we are proving the power of good deeds!
