Little Aaron was born with eye pathology - retinopathy of prematurity V degree. And this is a complete loss of vision! But the boy's mother did not lose hope. Natalia gathered all her will in her fist and began to fight for the health of her son.
From the age of 5 months, Aaron began to have eye surgery, stimulate vision with laser beams. The child underwent rehabilitation courses. And a miracle happened! We managed to achieve light perception and contour vision!
After the last, fourth operation on the left eye, Aaroshi formed sequins in the pupil, a foreign body. None of the doctors could understand what this was and what it could lead to. We decided to watch and wait.
Over the years, the situation has improved. But, unfortunately, the remnants of the tumor turned into a fibrous film and began to tighten the pupil. Soon this will lead to eye deformity and loss of all acquired visual skills.
On July 8, Aaron will be operated on in Kyiv. After the operation, the boy needs to wear a special frame with + 16 lenses, which protect the fundus from direct sunlight.
Retinopathy operations involve the removal of the lens. And these glasses replace it, refracting the sun's rays without damaging the retina. Due to this, the child sees the contours and large objects.
The cost of such lenses is very high due to special orders, at the same time a large increase in the lenses and their minimum thickness, so as not to damage the child's nose.
Mom raises her son alone. All funds of relatives and friends were spent on numerous operations and rehabilitation. And expensive glasses Natalia can't afford.
