BABY NICOLE HOPES FOR A HEALTHY FUTURE
Nicole is 2,5 years old. She loves to smile, loves bright toys and music.
Absolutely healthy baby was discharged from the maternity hospital. When the daughter was 3 months old, the parents noticed that she did not watch the toys at all. We went to the ophthalmologist. The doctor diagnosed horizontal nystagmus and partial atrophy of the optic nerves of both eyes, and advised to consult a neurologist.
The child was treated without success for a whole year. Nicole could only hold her head and roll over from her back to her stomach. After a complete examination in a neurological hospital, the cause was found. Brain malformation, microcephaly.
All as one, doctors advised regular rehabilitation — once every 1,5 months. After all, at the age of 3 the child is most actively developing. Nicole now has an important goal — to learn to walk. The girl will definitely reach it if you help.
