9-YEAR-OLD STANISLAV WITH CP WANTS TO GO TO SCHOOL. SUPPORT HIM!
The Mykhailov’s family eagerly awaited the appearance of Stas. Especially — his older sister Anya. The mother's pregnancy was uneventful, so no one could think of anything bad.
Immediately after birth, as a result of asphyxiation, the baby from Nikopol was sent to intensive care in Dnipro. He was on a ventilator for 4 days and during the next month - in the hospital. After discharge, it seemed that the worst was over. Unfortunately, that was just the beginning.
Stas started to hold his head and roll over in time, but he did not learn to sit and crawl on his own. At the age of 1, the child was diagnosed with cerebral palsy. The boy completed hundreds of courses both in Ukraine and abroad. Over the last 4 years, it was possible to improve the level of motor functions by 1 level!
Stas learned to sit with support, stand at a support with the help of orthoses, and walk with a walker. Now the boy is 9. And he dreams of going to school, playing football, making friends. Stas likes to draw and make his own postcards.
To maintain a positive dynamic, it is necessary to work with rehabilitation specialists regularly. Then there will be no recourse. Help the family pay for the rehabilitation course scheduled for March!
