3-YEAR-OLD TWINS ANDRIY AND IVAN WITH DOWN SYNDROME NEED SOCIALIZATION!
Twin brothers Andriy and Ivan Bubentsov are 3 years old. From birth, boys have a difficult diagnosis - Down syndrome. This information shocked the parents, because throughout the pregnancy, the doctors pleased the family only with positive news, and no one could predict the complex pathology in the babies.
Nevertheless, the Bubentsov family wasted no time and immediately started fighting for the children's health. Regular massages and physical therapy classes, sensory integration, classes in the pool. From the age of 2, Andriy and Ivan began to visit a speech therapist.
The father of the twins had a stable job, so all his earnings were spent on the development of his sons. Also, 1 rehabilitation per year was financed with state funds, as well as under the regional program "Care".
The full-scale invasion of the russian occupation forces into Ukraine changed everything. The Bubentsovs' father lost a stable income, and the family has so far been denied state funding. Therefore, the family does not have the funds to take care of the children's treatment, as before. Doctors suggest if to skip rehab now, some skills, such as speech, will be lost forever.
The brothers like to work with rehabilitators, they try very hard. Andriy is very cheerful and sociable, likes to play with his peers, is always open to new acquaintances. He really likes to be praised and is incredibly happy about his successes. Loves music and dancing.
Ivan is a little more withdrawn, but focused. He likes drawing, designing, swimming. He likes to feed animals and birds. The boy is very interested in any new activity. Like his brother, he loves music and dancing.
Andriy and Ivan need socialization! Please help them get to the planned rehabilitation course in April!
