7-YEAR-OLD ANYA WITH COMPLEX DIAGNOSES IS TRYING TO OBTAIN FREEDOM OF MOVEMENT!
Anya Barchuk is 7 years old. All her life, the girl struggles with the consequences of difficult diagnoses. She was born prematurely, her weight was 1480 g! For almost 2 months, the baby did not leave the walls of the hospital. And from the age of 6 months, the girl began classes with specialists in physical therapy and other kinds of therapy.
Anya learned to sit on her own at 1.5 years old. These were the first results of painstaking work. After some time, the girl learned to say her first words. And when she turned 2 years old, Anya began full-fledged training courses with rehabilitators.
Due to tireless work, the child's body spasticity decreased, hand motility improved, a small vocabulary appeared, and the muscles of the back and legs were strengthened. Anya learned to stand by a support and walk with support, distinguish shapes and colors.
The girl really likes to play with musical toys, kinetic sand and dough. He also likes to listen to fairy tales and poems. In rehabilitation, she likes the swimming pool, hippotherapy and exercises with a psychologist the most.
Anya has a lot of work ahead of her. It is important for her to continue rehabilitation classes so as not to lose the acquired skills. After all, every missed course can cause regression. Please support Anya Barchuk in her difficult struggle and help her family pay for the April course!
