6-YEAR-OLD DIANA WITH CP NEEDS REHABILITATION! SUPPORT THE CHILD!
Diana is a long-awaited child in the Kovalenko family. The girl was born on time, but, unfortunately, the birth was difficult. As a result, the child had hypoxia, long-term jaundice and high bilirubin levels, which caused brain cells to die.
At the age of 1 year and 4 months, Diana was diagnosed with a disability and a diagnosis that is still valid today: cerebral palsy and delayed psycho-speech development. Until a year old, the girl did not smile, did not recognize relatives, did not speak. She started walking only after 2 years, and she uttered the long-awaited first word "mother" at 3 and a half.
All the while, Diana's parents are trying to give her all the treatment and rehabilitation support they can. The family has already tried massages, various physiotherapy, sensory integration, magnetic procedures, employment with lopopedis, psychologists and correctional teachers.
Now Diana walks independently, although she is unsteady, but she is not able to take care of herself. The child is forced to take antiepileptic drugs. In the near future, the girl needs another course of rehabilitation, which her parents cannot afford. The Kovalenko family appeals to everyone who cares to support them and their daughter!
