5-YEAR-OLD ROMA OVERCAME CANCER AND ASPIRES TO CATCH UP WITH HIS PEERS IN DEVELOPMENT NOW!
Roman Rotko fought cancer for more than 3 years. He achieved remission! Now painful injections, bitter medicines and merciless "chemistry" are behind. It seemed that a carefree, healthy childhood was waiting for Roma. But the boy was beset by a new misfortune — a delay in the pace of psycho-speech development.
Roma is very kind and friendly, likes to play with other children. But now the boy does not speak, and this greatly complicates his development and communication with his peers.
Now Roma takes medication to stimulate speech, works with a speech therapist and a psychologist. All these activities cost a lot, and the family cannot do it alone. In addition, due to the effects of leukemia, Roma needs regular laboratory tests and supportive medications.
In addition, the Rotko family was forced to leave their native home in the Donetsk region and temporarily move to Dnipro. The family really hopes for your help! Please join the fundraising so that Roma can start a rehabilitation course in May.
