4-YEAR-OLD DANYA WITH CP WANTS TO MOVE INDEPENDENTLY. HELP HIM GET THROUGH REHABILITATION IN JULY!
Danya Kalyna was born prematurely, at 32 weeks of pregnancy. Then, in the village Priazovsky, mother Oleksandra and her child were saved. Danya was admitted to the intensive care unit in Zaporizhzhia, and later to the regional children's hospital in Dnipro. When the baby was 1.5 months old, he was discharged home.
In 2020, the boy was diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic diplegia, delayed psychomotor development. 2 years later, he underwent a surgery, selective neurotomy. The surgery eliminated spasticity in both lower legs. But now the muscles of the buttocks and thighs are stiff with spasticity. And only regular classes with rehabilitators ease the child's condition.
Now Danylo is almost 5 years old. He is a cheerful, patient child. The boy works with specialists with great enthusiasm. And in his free time, Danya likes to play with the cat, paint, play with slime.
Now the most important goal for the boy is to learn to walk independently. Please help the boy to reach it. In July, Danya is awaited for the planned course of classes in the rehabilitation centre. Support him!
