5-MONTH-OLD MARIA CONTINUES TO FIGHT FOR LIFE IN ICU!
Maria Masych was born prematurely by caesarean section. The girl's weight in the first days of life was only 1450 g. Unfortunately, the child was born with a serious pathology - esophageal atresia.
Mariyka is now 5 months old, and all this time she has been in the intensive care unit of the Mother and Child Center named after Prof. Rudnev. Doctors are fighting for her life. The baby is fed through a catheter, and now she weighs 2560 g.
During her short life, Mariyka has already undergone 4 surgeries. Now, after another surgical intervention, the baby is in serious condition and needs special nutrition and expensive medicines. The girl has not been able to breathe on her own for about a month, so she is plugged to an artificial length ventilation device.
Maria's parents are forced migrants from the Donetsk region. It is extremely difficult for the family to pay for their daughter's treatment on their own. Especially when she needs about UAH 10,000 for medicines every week! Please support the baby, who is holding on to life with all his might!
