10-YEAR-OLD SVYATOSLAV HAS DIABETES AND NEEDS REGULAR MONITORING OF BLOOD SUGAR LEVELS!
Svyatoslav Pyskunov is an active and sociable child. He really likes drawing, listening to music, talking with friends and helping homeless animals. The boy is fond of computer programs and games, and dreams of becoming a programmer. Unfortunately, at the beginning of 2023, Svyatoslav was diagnosed with diabetes.
At first, the child often had a stomach ache, occasionally felt nauseous. Blood tests showed high glucose levels. A diagnosis of prediabetes was established and a low-carb diet was recommended. Several months of special nutrition did not give positive dynamics. In Okhmatdyt clinic Svyatoslav was prescribed insulin therapy.
Now the boy needs constant monitoring of his blood glucose level. This requires special devices that need to be updated every two weeks. Please help the family buy glucose sensors for Svyatoslav for the following 6 months!
