5-YEAR-OLD TWINS MIKHAILO AND DIANA HAVE DIFFICULT DIAGNOSES AND NEED REHABILITATION AND TREATMENT! SUPPORT THE CHILDREN!
In November 2017, twins, a boy and a girl, Mykhailo and Diana, were born in the Shelestyuk family. The children were born prematurely. So the doctors fought for their lives.
After discharge, it seemed that the worst was over. But in fact, the difficult and long road to a healthy future was just beginning. Prematurity and difficult childbirth had their consequences - soon the twins were diagnosed with cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis.
For 5 years, Mykhailo and Diana visited rehabilitators, took medicine and did physical therapy. Each course of classes with specialists allows the brother and sister to acquire new skills and gradually catch up with their peers in development. Despite difficult diagnoses, children grow up sensitive and kind.
The family appeals to everyone who cares, because there is a catastrophic lack of funds for treatment for both children. In addition to the above-mentioned diagnoses, Diana and Mykhailo have other, individual pathologies that require both rehabilitation and medical correction.
Support the Shelestyuk family and help Mykhailo and Diana get into a rehabilitation course this October!
