4-YEAR-OLD DAMIR HAS A SEVERE DIAGNOSIS AND NEEDS REHABILITATION! SUPPORT THE LITTLE SON OF THE UKRAINIAN SOLDIER!
Damir Yurovskyi was born during a difficult childbirth. The boy is the first and long-awaited child in the family. From birth to this day, Damir has a number of difficult diagnoses that take away his happy childhood. Among the list of these pathologies is autism.
At first, Damir developed without any special features: he crawled, smiled, reacted, sat on his own, etc. The first concerns of the parents appeared when the son lost the ability to use a pointing gesture, did not understand addressed speech and did not speak by himself.
The doctors only reassured the mother, saying that the boy is spoiled and just lazy, and it’s just necessary to wait, and he himself will catch up with his peers in development. Months passed, but Damir's condition did not improve at all.
When he was 2 years old, the family turned to a psychiatrist again. The doctor diagnosed the boy with an autistic spectrum disorder. Despite the fact that the parents did not want to believe what they heard from the specialists, they still started classes with the teacher. Thanks to this, Damir's behavior improved, he began to socialize.
With the beginning of the full-scale invasion of the russian invaders in February 2022, the mother and Damir left Kharkiv for Transcarpathia. The classes, that helped the boy so much, had to be suspended for an indefinite period at that moment.
After some time, the family returned to their hometown, and Damir went to kindergarten and continued his studies with specialists. So far, the boy has achieved significant results. Now he begins to speak, understands spoken speech well, imitates sounds, knows numbers, colors, vegetables, fruits, the alphabet in three languages, loves animals very much, and names them.
Damir is a cheerful child, very emotional and tactile. He has an excellent memory, he perfectly puts puzzles of any complexity together and completes game tasks.
Now, while the boy's father is defending the borders of Ukraine in the ranks of the Armed Forces, the mother is asking for help from everyone who cares. Rehabilitation services cost a lot, and Damir needs to work with specialists regularly. Success lies only in systematic studies. Please support the boy in his fight!
