TYMOFIY WITH SEVERE DIAGNOSES NEEDS REHABILITATION!
Tymofiy Ratushny is 11 years old and his whole life since his birth has been daily challenges and a constant struggle. The boy has a wide list of complex diagnoses that force him to do everything he can to continue living and developing. Among other things, these are cerebral palsy, epilepsy, quadriplegia, delayed psychomotor and language development, problems with posture and gait...
His mother found out that Tymofiy might be a special child even before the birth of her son - at 33 weeks of pregnancy. An ultrasound showed that he had excess fluid in his brain. Before the birth, ultrasound and doctors made other bad assumptions. But most of them did not live up to their birth.
Unfortunately, due to complicated birth and doctors' mistakes, Tymofiy additionally suffered birth injuries. Despite the visual impairment and developmental delay, the 2-year-old boy tried to take his first steps, uncertainly and with support. He uttered and repeated simple words. But then a severe convulsive attack, which caused a regression of development, happened.
Until this moment, Tymofiy does not walk and learns to talk anew. "I adore my son," - says the boy's mother tenderly. "He is such a strong, gentle, tactile child... Timofiy adores music and dancing with me while I still have the strength to lift him up. He loves walks and lively communication..."
On September 26, Tymofiy is scheduled to have surgery on the hip joint of the left thigh. After removing the cast, he will need rehabilitation, because now the child cannot be verticalized, and in 2 months the muscles will atrophy! It is very difficult for the family to pay for all the necessary medical services for their son. Please support Tymofiy in his fight!
