Brothers Makar, David and Kyrylo Papchenko were born before the expected term. Multiple pregnancy and premature birth of triplets, unfortunately, negatively affected the health of babies. Now two boys, Makar and David, have confirmed complex diagnoses - cerebral palsy, severe spastic diplegia, convergent strabismus.
From the moment of birth, for a month, the children were first in the intensive care unit, and then they gained weight. When the brothers turned 1 year old, the diagnosis of cerebral palsy was finally confirmed and since then the family's struggle for the children's health began: rehabilitation 6 times a year, physical therapy and massages, classes with speech therapists and psychologists.
For 5 years of constant work, the children have achieved certain results. David learned to walk with support. He is a very active and talkative boy. Makar already knows how to walk on his knees, and knows how to count. The boys attend kindergarten and prepare for school. But their biggest dream is to learn to walk independently, like their brother Kyrylo.
The Papchenko family lived in the north of Chernihiv Region, 12 km from the border with the enemy. Due to constant shelling, a large family was forced to move, because they did not feel safe at home and could not educate their children. Now the family rents housing, and all funds go to the treatment of children. Please support the family, Makar and David!
