3-YEAR-OLD MAKAR HAS DEVELOPMENTAL DISABILITIES AND MOVEMENT DISORDERS AND NEEDS REHABILITATION. HELP THE BOY LEARN TO WALK!
Makar Bilous was born prematurely, at 26 weeks' gestation, with a critically low birth weight of only 860 g. He was on a ventilator for a long time. The difficult delivery caused serious health complications that later affected the boy's normal development.
Makar is a strong child who is bravely fighting for his health. Unfortunately, he is still unable to walk on his own. He has been diagnosed with cerebral spastic tetraparesis, persistent movement disorders, congenital hallux valgus deformity of the feet and cognitive impairment.
Makar's mother, Lesya, says she cares for her son around the clock and is ready to do anything to help him get back on his feet. Now, he needs a course at the Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology Centre. Please help Makar and his family and help him learn to walk independently!
