9-YEAR-OLD MARIA WITH SEVERE CP WANTS TO DEVELOP AND START WALKING. HELP THE GIRL GET INTO REHABILITATION!
Masha Tverdokhlibova was born prematurely at 27 weeks gestation, weighing 1130 g. At the age of 1, the girl was diagnosed with a severe form of cerebral palsy and spastic diplegia. Maria is now 9 years old. She understands everything and speaks but cannot sit, stand, or walk alone.
Masha is in the third grade of home schooling. She loves to learn and is happy to acquire new knowledge. Although she is aware of her difficult diagnosis, it is very difficult for her to accept that she cannot behave like other children. Masha is a sweet and sensitive child who enjoys communicating with her peers and making new friends.
Her biggest dream is to be able to move around independently. Maria needs regular rehabilitation because each of them brings a small result. The child undergoes rehabilitation classes at Kyiv's "Ray of Hope" center. Masha's mother is asking for help paying for the next rehabilitation course and bringing the girl closer to her dream!
