Seven-year-old Zlata, who has Down syndrome, needs treatment at a corrective and rehabilitation center. Please help the girl!
Zlata Myakshina has Down syndrome. Immediately after birth, she suffered from severe pneumonia and cerebral edema. She spent the first month of her life in intensive care, fighting desperately for her life. Zlata survived, and her struggle for life and health has continued ever since.
Every movement she makes is a result of pain and training. She has learned to roll over, hold her head up, crawl, and walk. Zlata has also been diagnosed with various diseases and disorders, including hypothyroidism, muscular hypotonia, joint dysplasia, hallux valgus deformity of the feet, lactose and gluten intolerance, poor eyesight, and astigmatism.
Doctors have determined that Zlata has a comprehensive developmental delay. She experiences a severe speech delay and, unfortunately, still cannot speak. Despite these challenges, Zlata is a very bright, kind, and gentle child. However, the family budget cannot cover the basic rehabilitation she needs.
She constantly requires speech therapy, massage therapy, orthopedic shoes, specialized nutrition, and other support services. Soon, Zlata will need treatment and rehabilitation at the 'Body & Brain' centre. Please support Zlata and her family!

Secondary mitochondrial dysfunction. Delayed speech development. Muscle tone disorder in the form of diffuse muscular hypotonia. Connective tissue dysplasia: plano-valgus foot deformity.
The goal of the project: to raise UAH 25,000 to pay for the rehabilitation course at the CORRECTIONAL AND REHABILITATION CENTER “BODY & BRAIN”
