Nine-year-old Andriy, who has autism, wishes to learn to speak. Assist this child from the frontline city of Kharkiv in receiving rehabilitation!
Andriy Kovshov is a nine-year-old boy with a disability. He was born after a long and challenging labor. From an early age, his mother noticed that he was different from his peers: he lacked eye contact, did not use pointing gestures, and did not respond to speech directed at him. After long-term treatment and observation by neurologists, a child psychiatrist diagnosed Andriy with autism.
Andriy's parents have made significant efforts to ensure he receives the necessary treatment and rehabilitation. He has studied with specialists and undergone micropolarization and drug therapy. Given his current condition, he requires regular sessions with a speech and language therapist, a psychologist, and a sensory integration specialist to continue his development. He experiences challenges with posture and gait.
He enjoys learning new things, exercising, and completing tasks set by specialists. Unfortunately, he still does not speak. Andriy's family was internally displaced for a long time but later returned to Kharkiv, which suffers from enemy rocket shelling every day. The boy is still afraid of explosions. Help him overcome stress and gain new skills by enrolling him in a rehabilitation course!
