12-year-old Yuri with CP and epilepsy needs specialized equipment. Help this boy through this difficult situation!
Yuriy Kolesnik suffered a severe injury at birth. He was in a coma during his early days. As a result, he was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and later developed ongoing motor issues. Now, 12-year-old Yura, unfortunately, cannot sit or walk unaided. He can barely hold his head up.
Throughout his life, Yuriy has received treatment at various clinics, attended massage courses, and undergone physical rehabilitation. The boy is now 12 years old. He is growing faster and faster, which unfortunately causes curvature of the spine. Yura needs:
- a functional correction system for stabilizing and normalizing posture, STABILO Vacuum Comfortable Plus Duo Cushion;
- a vacuum orthopedic headrest, STABILO;
- abduction-adduction stabilizing thigh belts, OMO 129 / Abduction-Adduction Thigh Belts;
- a corrective corset for the treatment of scoliosis, ERH 48/3 Strong Stiff.
Equipment is an individual “corset” solution that helps establish proper posture for a child with severe cerebral palsy. It ensures their safety and comfort, prevents their physical condition from worsening, and enables them to participate more fully in daily life. Help Yuriy!
