Ten-year-old Timofi, who has autism and a CNS injury, cannot speak. Help the boy begin a corrective course!
Timofiy Minenkov was born prematurely at 31 weeks. He spent the first two months of his life in intensive care in critical condition. Doctors did not think he would survive. On the eighth day of his life, Timofiy was diagnosed with meningitis, but this was not the last obstacle he would face in his struggle to survive and develop.
When he was around two years old, his parents noticed that his development was delayed. They consulted specialists, who later made accurate diagnoses: atypical autism, moderate intellectual disability with social communication challenges, and organic damage to the central nervous system with epileptiform activity.
The boy no longer speaks at all and has difficulty understanding spoken language, but he benefits greatly from comprehensive correctional and rehabilitation classes. Timofiy is a bright and kind child who loves traveling and admiring the landscapes of our country. Help the family pay for his classes!
