Five-year-old Timofi, who has severe motion disorders, cerebral palsy, and epilepsy, requires rehabilitation. Support the child!
Timofiy Reznikov was born after a difficult birth. During delivery, he experienced hypoxic-ischemic damage to his CNS and spent the first week of life in intensive care on a ventilator. He was later moved to the neurology department, and immediately after being discharged from the hospital, his challenging journey to enjoy a full childhood, life, and health began.
Until he was six months old, Timofiy developed normally, holding his head up well and rolling over onto his stomach. However, he then experienced severe convulsions, and unfortunately, his development halted. At 18 months old, Timofiy was diagnosed with spastic cerebral palsy, structural epilepsy, level 5 motor disorders according to the Gross Motor Function Classification System (GMFCS), and severe psychomotor delay.
Thanks to regular rehabilitation sessions at various medical centers and at home, Timofiy is gradually overcoming the consequences of his many serious health issues. Timofiy's favorite activities are hippotherapy and spending time with horses.
