Seven-year-old Zlata, who has a CNS injury and delayed development, requires rehabilitation.
Zlata Lukaniuk was born prematurely at 35 weeks and spent her first two weeks in the neonatal intensive care unit. After being discharged, her family noticed that she was developing more slowly than her peers.
Zlata is now seven years old. She is an active and positive girl who is also very sociable and polite. She has a confirmed complex diagnosis of ataxic syndrome, coordination disorders, dysarthria, and delayed speech development due to residual organic damage to the central nervous system.
Zlata's family is doing everything possible to ensure she receives prompt treatment and consistent rehabilitation. She regularly attends massage therapy sessions and undergoes rehabilitation at the Kozyavkin clinic twice a year. She also works with a psychologist, a speech therapist, and a remedial teacher.
Unfortunately, Zlata's family cannot afford the cost of treatment, medical services, and her recovery. Please help Zlata attend her next rehabilitation course and continue to make progress.
