Melania Kuzmina is 12 years old and unfortunately cannot sit or stand without assistance; she can only walk with support. She was born weighing only 970 g and was on a ventilator for her first month. She was later diagnosed with cerebral palsy and spastic tetraparesis and was given the status of a child with disabilities at the age of one.
Over time, Melania's health continued to decline. She underwent numerous medical tests. An orthopaedic doctor found that she had dislocated hip joints and recommended surgery. Melania then had a complex operation on both legs to install titanium plates.
Over the past year, she has undergone two more hip osteotomies. Another surgery is planned and recommended for this year. The girl now needs time to recover and receive treatment. Melania's mother is raising her daughter alone. Please help the family to obtain supportive medication!

Diagnosis: Cerebral palsy, spastic tetraparesis, mixed type, with persistent severe motor impairments at GMFCS level IV; manual ability at MACS level III. Coxa valga, paralytic subluxation of both hips, postoperative condition after bilateral lower limb surgery. General speech underdevelopment, pseudobulbar dysarthria. Mild cognitive deficit consistent with delayed mental development.
