Nine-year-old Mark with cerebral palsy is working hard to walk independently. Support the boy in receiving rehabilitation!
Twins Mark and Bohdan were born prematurely at 30 weeks. Tragically, Bohdan did not survive due to complications during childbirth. Mark was diagnosed with cerebral palsy and spastic tetraparesis. Since then, Mark has been fighting for both of them.
Mark is now nine years old. He is a cheerful and intelligent boy who reads and counts well. He is learning English and preparing for Year 3 at school. Sadly, the effects of his condition still prevent Mark from walking unaided.
Last year, Mark's family experienced a great misfortune when the boy lost his loving father, who always believed in his son's bright future. Now, Mark is the only source of joy and support for his mother.
For six years, my husband and I struggled with our son's diagnosis. We always believed that he would walk. Therefore, even now, I cannot give up. Treating our son is very expensive...” says the boy’s mother.
Mark Dutsyna is a very patient and persistent young man. To make further progress, he needs complete rehabilitation four times a year. Please support him on his challenging journey to achieve his primary goal!

Diagnosis: Cerebral palsy: spastic tetraparesis with left-sided predominance, in the walking stage with assistive devices, in the phase of pulling to stand using support. Gross motor function – Level III according to the GMFCS. Manual ability – Level III according to the MACS. Seizure syndrome.
The goal of the project: to raise UAH 24,773 to pay for the rehabilitation course at the Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic
