Four-year-old Mykhailo has a rare disease and a CNS disorder. He requires rehabilitation, special nutrition, and medication. Help the child!

Mykhailo Dyachenko has faced difficult diagnoses since birth. Born prematurely and weighing only 2150 g, he required constant medical supervision from the first day due to hypoxic-ischemic damage to his central nervous system.

Complications during childbirth led to his serious condition. During the first two months after birth, Mykhailo was in the hospital on a ventilator because he could not breathe independently. During this period, doctors also discovered a congenital heart defect, and Mykhailo underwent complex surgery at age two.

Later, his mother noticed that he was developing more slowly than his peers. He could not hold his head up and had difficulty eating. DNA analysis confirmed the disappointing diagnosis: Wolf-Hirschhorn syndrome, a rare and severe genetic disorder.

Mykhailo's condition is characterized by significant delays in psychomotor and physical development. He still cannot speak or understand spoken language, has visual impairments, and cannot walk independently. However, daily rehabilitation is yielding positive results: the boy has learned to sit and stand with support and is already trying to take his first steps.

Mykhailo enjoys watching cartoons and listening to music, which help him relax. He now requires special nutrition, supportive medication, and ongoing rehabilitation. Covering all the necessary medical expenses is creating a significant financial burden for a family of six. Help Mykhailo get back on his feet!
