Matvy, who has autism and a speech disorder, is almost four years old. The child does not speak. Support the boy from the IDP family!
Matviy Karpenko was born healthy, but as he approached his first birthday, his parents noticed signs of hyperactivity and self-stimulatory behavior. The boy stopped responding to his name and paid little attention to stimuli. The family consulted specialists — a neurologist and a psychiatrist.
Unfortunately, after numerous examinations, Matviy was diagnosed with autism. The boy's family was in despair for a while. They knew they had to help Matviy, so constant rehabilitation was necessary. Matviy began visiting medical centers and working with a behavioral psychologist, a speech therapist, and a sensory integration specialist.
Gradually, intensive rehabilitation yielded the expected results: Matviy worked hard and began to improve. Unfortunately, paying for all the necessary medical services for his son is an unbearable financial burden for a family of internally displaced persons who lost their property due to the Russian military invasion.
To prevent regression in Matviy's gradual development, regular rehabilitation is needed. Matviy will soon turn four, but he still does not speak. It is now necessary to add massage, speech therapy, sensory integration, and ABA therapy to his rehabilitation program. Help Matviy avoid losing any more precious time!
