7-year-old Veronika has a rare genetic disease and needs enteral feeding equipment! Please help her!
Veronika Vynnyk has had a rare genetic disease—Dravet syndrome—since her very early age. This is one of the most severe forms of epilepsy in children. This dangerous disease often causes permanent psychomotor impairments and can sometimes have fatal consequences.
Veronika is now 7 years old, and every day of her life is a constant challenge. She continually receives medication therapy and works with specialists. The optimal selection of medications has helped reduce her epileptic seizures. Veronika underwent gastric fundoplication and is now fed through a gastrostomy.
The child continues treatment and recovery at home. To ensure Veronika receives all the necessary nutrients, the family needs to purchase some medical equipment for enteral nutrition, such as a low-profile gastrostomy, along with medications, consumables, and a compressor inhaler. Please support Veronika!
