5-YEAR-OLD MARK WITH CP HAS A CHEST DEFORMATION AND MUSCULOSKELETAL DIFFICULTIES. HELP THE BOY DEVELOP!
Mark Siryi was born via cesarean section after a difficult delivery. From early childhood, the boy showed developmental delays compared to his peers. Mark's parents consulted neurologists, but long-term treatment in the clinical unit did not yield the desired results. Only later did specialists at the Okhmatdyt hospital establish the correct diagnosis: cerebral palsy, lower spastic paraparesis, protein-energy deficiency, and chest deformity.
Doctors advised Mark's family to contact rehabilitation centers. The next 8 courses of treatment at Kazyavkin’s clinic in Truskavets significantly advanced the boy's development and led to positive results. Mark has learned to sit independently, crawl, grasp and hold various objects, play, talk, and eat with cutlery. The child is now 5 years old and can stand on his own, but he still walks only with support.
Despite his health challenges, Mark is an active boy. He is interested in toys and illustrations in books. He loves being around other kids and communicates well with them. Mark pronounces words and builds simple sentences. He is almost on par with his peers in terms of mental development, but he has significant difficulties with his musculoskeletal system. To support his development, he needs regular rehabilitation. Please support Mark and his family!
