Young patients stubbornly and diligently acquire new skills, overcoming the consequences of diseases

Most of the seriously ill young wards of the Charity Exchange "DobroDiy" need regular rehabilitation activities and classes with various medical specialists. Certainly, it can be transformed into a long and exhausting process. But the regularity of rehabilitation is the key to positive dynamics in diseases, the planned development of the child and the prospect of recovery.

Understanding this, we always try to support the families of children with complex diagnoses in their desire to get into scheduled rehabilitation courses. Active classes of our wards continue in the new year! Young patients stubbornly and diligently acquire new skills, overcoming the consequences of diseases. Currently, four wards of the Exchange are continuing their classes in rehabilitation centers:

  • 8-year-old Mykola Stukalo with cerebral palsy takes corrective classes at the Prof. Kozyavkin’ International Rehabilitation Clinic;

  • 15-year-old David Krylov and his 8-year-old sister, Violeta Krylova, with difficult diagnoses work with the specialists of the Saint John's Center;
  • 10-year-old Olya Shevchenko with cerebral palsy acquires new skills at the Center for Restoring Physical Functions of a Child "Samotuzhka Plus".

We are happy that, with the support of the donors, we were able to help children get to the scheduled classes with specialists that they needed so much. Meanwhile, many of our other young wards with serious diagnoses are just now waiting for support and help.
