FEBRUARY 2025: 3 YEARS OF STRUGGLE AND SUPPORT

Since 2022 and for many years, February and its individual episodes have been a holistic trigger for all Ukrainians. Now, each time the traditional February temperature drop re-traumatises us, reminding us of emotional upheavals, losses, and trials.

February reminds us of how much has changed in three years. It is a month of unshakable faith in people who do not hide from the pain of others. The Charity Exchange "DobroDiy" continues its mission to help those in need and make the world fairer.

In February 2025, we managed to implement projects estimated at 394,000 UAH. What was achieved during this period? More - in detail:

1. For a total of UAH 268,160, targeted assistance was provided to children and adolescents with serious diagnoses.

Namely:

• 8 rehabilitation courses
• 1 surgical operation
• 2 diagnostic examinations
• Purchase of medical equipment
• 2 purchases of specialised medical food

2. This month saw the launch of the Patient Representative Project in Dnipro.

Healthcare reform is in place, but many Ukrainians still do not know which services are free, how to protect their rights, or where to go if they are not treated well. "Patient advocates are working in Dnipro to help people understand the healthcare system, learn about services, and improve their quality.

The project will run until 14 March in the Dnipropetrovsk City Clinical Hospital No. 6 and the I.I. Mechnikov Outpatient Clinic of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Clinical Hospital. More information about the project can be found at https://248.dp.ua/news/1517.

Thanks to the support of caring people and successful charitable projects and initiatives, since the full-scale invasion of Russian terrorist troops into Ukraine in 2022 and until now, we have been able to provide assistance estimated at UAH 129,309,000.

The main recipients of charitable aid during this period were:

• Defence forces of Ukraine - UAH 91,530,000
• Medical institutions - UAH 8,500,000
• Sick children and youth - UAH 15,423,000
• Humanitarian initiatives and social projects - UAH 13,856,000
