LITTLE HEROES, BIG BATTLE. EVERY DAY. EVERY MOMENT.

Someone learns to ride a bike as a child, which is considered a normal phenomenon. However, not everyone is so fortunate. Some individuals are compelled to learn not only a few enjoyable skills but also how to hold their head up, stand, and walk all over again.

Everyone has their own 'first attempts' at everything. But for children grappling with the consequences of injury, cerebral palsy, or neurological disorders, the first movement, the first word, the first unassisted breath, and the first independent step are not just achievements; they are heroic accomplishments.

Today, we want to share the stories of three of these little heroes who fight their personal, exhausting battle for a healthy future every day—not with words, but in the rooms of rehabilitation centers and doctors' offices.

At the Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic, a boy with congenital developmental disabilities is undergoing an intensive course to reduce spasticity and enhance motor functions. Every day presents a new challenge, but also a new victory.

At the "Step by Step to the Goal" physical rehabilitation center, the boy is genuinely learning to walk. His journey is a struggle for independence, where even learning to keep his balance is a significant achievement.

At the "Bobat Centre," a boy with cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and complex motor disorders trains diligently every day to gain control over his body and emotions. Both physical exercise and improving fine motor skills are challenging for him. However, Denis never gives up.

We do not call these children and young people "patients." We call them fighters. Thanks to your support, they know they are not alone. Rehabilitation is a lengthy process. It is costly. It is exhausting. But it always presents a chance.
