July 2025: Care, treatment, and small but significant victorious steps taken by little heroes

For the team at the Charity Exchange 'DobroDiy,' July reaffirmed our experience-based belief: together with people who choose to help, we can accomplish more.

This month, our main focus was on helping young Ukrainians with complex medical conditions. The desire to improve the lives of children facing challenging circumstances unites Ukrainians, regardless of their location, age, or profession.

The total assistance provided in July was UAH 860,628.69.

  • Among other things, we paid for 28 rehabilitation courses, totaling UAH 693,225. For many of our wards, these rehabilitation measures are the most important part of their daily struggle to lead a fulfilling life.

For children suffering from digestive disorders or severe weight deficiency, specialized nutrition is crucial. It boosts immunity, maintains bodily functions, and promotes growth and development.

  • Additionally, we paid for Vladyslava Hanchenbom's surgery in July, which cost UAH 110,100https://248.dp.ua/projects/1613. The girl has bilateral congenital dislocation of the hip joints. The only hope for a future without pain depends on complex, staged surgical procedures. The first operation was performed on 24 July in Dnipro and was successful.
  • Additionally, medicines worth UAH 15,841.05 were purchased. Providing medicines for the Regional Medical Center for Family Health ensures consistent medical care for patients, including children who need medication to support them during treatment.

Since the start of the full-scale Russian invasion of Ukraine, we have provided assistance totaling UAH 133,375,000.

These funds have been allocated to meet various needs:

  • The Defence Forces of Ukraine — UAH 93,347,000
  • Medical institutions — UAH 8,563,000
  • Seriously ill children and teenagers — UAH 17,521,000
  • Humanitarian initiatives and social projects — UAH 13,944,000

This month of hard work has shown one thing: good deeds don't take vacations. Thank you to everyone who participated in the fundraising, spread the word, believed in us, and supported us!
