Nine-year-old Veronika, who has cerebral palsy and movement disorders, received a verticalizer!

Thanks to your generosity and support, the charity exchange 'DobroDiy' was able to buy a 'Baffin Automatic' verticaliser worth UAH 47,000 for Veronika Halytska (https://248.dp.ua/projects/1735). This special device will help Veronika continue her rehabilitation at home, strengthen her musculoskeletal system, and bring her closer to reaching her goal of standing on her own two feet.

Veronika's story is one of ongoing struggle against challenging diagnoses that hinder her development and the acquisition of new motor skills. She was born prematurely at 35 weeks due to asphyxia. She spent her first weeks in intensive care and underwent difficult treatment. From the early months of her life, she has been fighting the daily consequences of hypoxia.

Today, Veronika has a diagnosis of cerebral palsy and motor disorders. She cannot walk or sit unaided and has recently been diagnosed with epilepsy. Despite all this, she is a very bright, kind, and inspiring child. She reads books, draws, sings, and dances to songs by Olya Polyakova while lying down. She loves the animated series "Ladybug and Cat Noir" and dreams of walking independently!

Veronika requires ongoing treatment, specialized nutrition, and rehabilitation services. Thanks to your support, we have already made a significant step forward! We appreciate everyone who contributed to the fundraiser to buy a verticalizer.

We invite anyone interested in helping other children who are still waiting for support.
