Seventeen children with serious medical conditions will start rehabilitation courses in August. This is a joint triumph of love and humanity!

At some point in everyone's life, to keep moving forward, a support point must appear — a person, organization, happy accident, or circumstance that offers an opportunity. For many families of our wards who face difficult life situations and illnesses, caring people have become a vital source of support. They may be strangers, but they are also donors, partners, and friends.

Thanks to the support of these generous people, August became a meaningful month for our wards — children and adolescents with complex diagnoses, pathologies, and the consequences of diseases and injuries — providing them with new opportunities and positive outcomes.

During this period, important steps were taken:
  • 17 children completed rehabilitation courses
  • Nine specialised centres opened their doors to the children.
  • UAH 418,000 was spent on recovery programme fees.

These numbers are more than just statistics. Behind them are children who have become more confident, acquired important life skills, and achieved victories despite facing difficult diagnoses. Rehabilitation restores strength to the body and a voice to the tongue, offering children the chance to be happy and fulfilled.

The following centres and facilities opened their doors to the young patients of "DobroDiy":
