November 2025: Small Wins and Real Results

In recent years, November has typically been a difficult month for Ukraine. We live in a reality where each new day presents fresh challenges: instability in the energy system, security threats, and a society already exhausted and traumatized by war. However, November also stands out as a time when the values of unity and faith in the importance of life become especially clear, offering a beacon of hope amid the darkness.
For the Charity Exchange 'DobroDiy', November 2025 was a time of intense focus, mainly on children and teenagers with serious diagnoses. Nearly all of our efforts were dedicated to them. It's hard to see the issue of children's health through statistics when our main concern is whether a particular child can survive the next day in pain.
In November, the total amount of charitable assistance provided was estimated at UAH 178,480.29. These funds became real support, stability, and an opportunity to move forward. Among other things, we managed to:
Buy medicines to support the life of 12-year-old Nazar Myronchuk. (https://248.dp.ua/news/1594). Nazar lives with multiple severe diagnoses, including cerebral palsy (CP), tetraparesis, and convulsive syndrome. His struggle began when he was one year old and continues today. He needs ongoing therapy to reduce seizures, ease painful spasms, and stabilize his condition.
We also covered the cost of rehabilitation services for our wards at various specialized institutions in Ukraine. They are:
- Andriy Latyshevsky — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1815 (Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic)
- Viktoria Markidonova — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1826 (International Center for Rehabilitation and Neurophysiology):
- Danil Lekhno — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1833 (Viktoria Children's Rehabilitation Centre).
- Arina Overchuk — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1832 ("Akid" Rehabilitation Centre).
- Maksym Ushakov — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1827 (Kozyavkin International Rehabilitation Clinic)
- Kyrylo Kumpan — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1739 (Step by Step to the Goal Physical Rehabilitation Centre).
- Mykhailo Dyachenko — https://248.dp.ua/projects/1840 (defectology classes).
For all these children, such support will bring new stability and progress, both literally and symbolically. It means that the child gets a chance to learn to keep their balance, coordinate their movements, and experience less pain. It also means that there are people nearby for whom compassion is an action, not just an emotion.
Since the start of the full-scale war, our organization has provided charitable aid totaling approximately UAH 135,865,000.
These funds have been allocated to priority areas:
- UAH 93,679,000 for the Defence Forces of Ukraine
- UAH 8,694,000 — support for medical institutions
- UAH 19,548,000 for assistance to seriously ill children and adolescents.
- UAH 13,944,000 for humanitarian and social projects.
We sincerely thank everyone who supports our wards during these tough times! Your contributions show your dedication to standing with us, and the trust you place in us can't be measured by any numbers.
