SOFIA IS HEARING IMPAIRED AND NEEDS HEARING AIDS! HELP THE GIRL HEAR THE WORLD!
Sofia Norokha is a talented and purposeful 10th grader, thirsty for knowledge and self-development. The parents are happy about their daughter's remarkable success in studies, because the girl has been like this since early childhood. However, already at the age of 5, she hastily faced serious trials and health problems.
Then, after a sudden loss of consciousness, Sofia's parents turned to a doctor. A basic examination revealed that the girl was not hearing well. The course of treatment of adenoiditis did not give tangible results. Further endoscopic examination at the ENT clinic of Professor Bereznyuk in Dnipro revealed a diagnosis of sensorineural deafness.
Medical treatment did not improve the girl's hearing. When Sofia entered the 2nd grade of school, the hearing impairment began to affect her learning, communication and perception of the language of others. In order for her not to lose her hearing permanently, in 2015 the family purchased the most modern at that time children's hearing aids worth UAH 94,000.
But then the doctor warned the parents that the hearing aids would have to be replaced with devices designed for adult hearing, after 5-7 years of use. So, now the family is forced to ask for help from everyone who cares. Sofia is a representative of gifted youth who can change Ukraine for the better! Help the girl hear!

Diagnosis: Bilateral chronic cochleitis. Bilateral chronic sensorineural hearing loss of II level.
The goal of the project: to raise UAH 212,431 for the purchase of Oticon More 1 mini RITE R hearing aids and consumables for them.
