1-YEAR-OLD VARYA NEEDS URGENT HEARING PROSTHESIS!
Varvara Cheremnykh was born in the city of Vasylivka, Zaporizhzhia region, 4 days before the full-scale invasion of the russian occupation forces into Ukraine. The girl was only 6 days old when her mother had to hide her from shelling in the basement of the house.
When Varvara was 5 months old, the family managed to escape from the occupation to Zaporizhzhia. It seemed that the worst was over, but the family was beset by a new disaster. The girl was diagnosed with third degree sensorineural hearing loss.
Varya is a very cheerful, open-minded and active child. She likes to play, bicker, feed the birds in the park. The girl is interested in everything around her. Varvara is intently looking into people's faces, trying with all her might to hear their voices.
Unfortunately, due to a difficult diagnosis, the girl's life is plunged into complete silence. According to doctors, Varvara urgently needs high-power hearing aids. While the girl is very young, she has every chance to catch up with her peers in development, learn to speak and understand spoken speech.
But the cost of hearing aids is unaffordable for the family of forced migrants. They left everything they had in their native Vasylivka. Please support the Cheremny family, help Varya hear the world and grow into a healthy, happy girl!
