​DECEMBER 5 — INTERNATIONAL VOLUNTEER DAY

This day is important primarily because most of the time the incredibly valuable contribution to the approach of Ukrainian victory of these selfless, brave and stubborn people is simply not noticed by the majority.

Volunteers in Ukraine nowadays are idealists, romantics and desperadoes. People who know how to find a second, and sometimes a third, wind in themselves. And not with words, but with deeds, they demonstrate in practice how it is possible to effectively convert rage into help for the Ukrainian army.

We are embarrassed when, in one context or another, employees of the Exchange are included in the community of Ukrainian volunteers, because for us, charity is a professional activity. Volunteers, on the other hand, are admired for their "always ready", because they manage to combine volunteering with their main work, daily routine, and at the same time find an opportunity to help.

From February 24, 2022, the circle of volunteers who join projects and activities of the Charity Exchange "DobroDiy" as a whole has significantly expanded. We are grateful to everyone who readily supports us physically or intellectually, helps with logistics or finding necessary things for the army, is on call 24\7, sacrifices weekends and rest for good causes...

Thank the volunteers you know today! They are a significant part and one of the precious veins in the solid rock called the New Ukrainian Society!
