2-YEAR-OLD MARIYKA WITH CP NEEDS STRONG REHABILITATION!
Mariyka Nabok was born at 35 weeks of pregnancy with a weight of 2440 g. On the second day after birth, the baby developed jaundice. The child was prescribed phototherapy, but the disease did not go away, so Mariyka was sent to the neonatal pathology department. In 10 days, the girl was discharged from the hospital with numerous diagnoses, among which were dystonic-hyperkinetic syndrome and bilirubin encephalopathy.
From the age of 5, Mariyka started working with rehabilitators and took massage courses. At the age of 1, the girl received the status of a child with a disability. From that moment on, the child actively works on acquiring each new skill — he visits rehabilitation centers every two months. Little by little, the girl improves her cognitive and physical abilities. She likes children's books, drawings, and toys.
Unfortunately, now the child still does not hold his head well, does not sit, does not turn over, does not walk. But while Mariyka is still at a very young age, she has great chances to catch up with her peers in development. The key to new skills is in regular rehabilitation activities! The family asks for help from everyone who cares, because it is very difficult for the parents to pay for all the necessary classes for their daughter on their own.
