6-YEAR-OLD MYKHAILO IS OVERCOMING THE CONSEQUENCES OF SEVERE PATHOLOGIES. HELP THE BOY FIGHT!
Mykhailo Afanasyev was born during a difficult labor by emergency cesarean section. The baby was in an extremely difficult condition. They fought for his life for two months in the intensive care unit.
At certain moments, the doctors did not even hope that the boy would survive. But despite all the disappointing forecasts, the child chose his own life and now continues to fight for a healthy future.
For the first year, Mykhailo did not leave the hospital walls. He was ill with pneumonia for a long time. Then began his painstaking path to recovery: classes with rehabilitation specialists, a speech therapist, examinations, etc. Now it is necessary to undergo rehabilitation twice a year.
Thanks to regular classes, Mykhailo gets rid of spasticity, holds his head better, and his sleep improves. And most importantly, the courses prevent the limitation of joint mobility, which causes muscle diseases and pain.
Mykhailo loves walks in the fresh air, listens to fairy tales and poems with pleasure, and plays enthusiastically with his musical toy parrot. The boy likes to be in company and when guests come home.
To prevent regression, the child needs regular classes with specialists. It is difficult for the family to pay for all the services on their own, so Mykhailo's parents ask for help from everyone who cares.
